Any shipping cost associated with the return to DKB of an item for replacement is the responsibility of the customer. DKB will be responsible for shipments of the warranty replacement to the customer, after the original item has been returned and the warranty process is completed.
*The method of replacement is solely within the discretion of DKB Household USA. You may be issued an exact replacement, a coupon for the value of the mill(s) or an item of similar design and function.
